Academics & Faculty : The college has 2 shifts. The first shift starts from 8.15am to 3.45pm  and second shift starts from 11.45am to 6.45pm and college usually remain open 5 days a week. you have to give projects in 6th 7th and 8 th semester and college usually takes 2 sessionals per semester and 1 assignment usually is given per subject per semester.   Quality of teaching is good if you are keen on studying hard you can get at least 80% easily. Method of teaching is same as other institutes. Personally I love that college because there is no checking of attendence. you can go to college if you want to or not if you dont want to.

Academics & Faculty : The teaching department at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) is excellent and quite experienced. Most of them have thorough knowledge about their respective topics and have years of teaching experience. The faculty for Fluid Mechanics in the Engineering Department are very good but aged; hence some find a sort of generation gap. Some are extremely nagging and harass you to the core. Sometimes the lectures are conducted on an irregular basis as well. Overall, the staff is quite good and friendly and conduct lectures mostly in English.
