Entrance Exams & Admissions : A candidate with a decent HSC score can apply for Haryana Engineering College.
Academics & Faculty : Only few of the faculty is good(20%),rest are just book cramer teachers with no knowledge base. College doesn't offer good salary so good teachers don't stay for long. For 7000-20000[Fresher teacher] & Max 50000[M.tech with 25+ experience] no good teacher stay here. Also they hire teachers on contract basis. Most of the wrong local author books are followed which have wrong concepts. Motive of the teachers is to get the students pass. If you follow standard books you are on your own,most of the teachers turn blank when asked questions from standard books.
