Placements and Internships
- Based on students personal interest, they can attend an internship at end of 2nd year and college will provide the necessary permissions for doing so.
- Internships by EEE students will be done mostly in companies like NTPC Vijayawada, BHEL Hyderabad...etc
- Coming to placements, the college will provide necessary training for getting placed and it depends on students effort whether they get placed or not.
- Major companies that recruit students are TCS, Tech Mahindra, ADP ... etc

- Avg salary can be around 4lakhs per annum.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are two separate hostels for Boys and Girls, Boys hostel is within the college premises and Girls hostel is located in SVN colony, Guntur.
- Food is very good in college and they cost very nominal amount i.e 35rs per plate for full meals.
- Classrooms were good and most of them have a projector facility.
- Labs are very well organized and are well equipped.
- There are around 4 big seminar halls which are used for guest lectures, competitions...etc
- Students have access to wide variety of books through library which contains all major magazines and journals and it also provides materials for students to prepare for competitive exams after b-tech like for GATE, GRE, CAT..etc
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- One can study Bachelors in RVRJCCE by writing the entrance exam conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Govt i.e AP EAMCET
- During my period of study, RVRJCCE was affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University(one of the well-known universities in A.P). Now RVRJCCE has acquired the status of being Autonomous which means it is no more linked to ANU and it functions entirely on its own.
- For acquiring Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering the cutoff rank for GENERAL Category is around 12000.
- Batch intake is around 180 students per year for EEE.
Academics and Faculty
- For First and Final year students classes begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends by 3:30 p.m.
- For Second and Third-year students classes begins at 9:50 a.m. and end by 5:00 p.m.
- The faculty is good and they promote self-learning.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee of RVR is around 90,000 per year.
- AP Govt provides a scholarship for students who secured a good percentage of marks.
- The college provides poor and merit scholarships for all eligible students.
- If a loan is needed, it can be availed easily by Andhra bank which is located within college premises.
Clubs and Associations
- Every month a activity happens in college where we can showcase our talent in different fields like painting,dancing,singing,technical innovations...etc
- Sports is given equal importance along with studies and students actively play cricket, basket ball..
- College also gives students to be a part of social service through NSS
