Placements and Internships
- This is just my first year so I don't really know anything about internships and companies that come here.
- But based on what one of my older friends said, placements are really good and the money is good too so I don't think one has to be worried about that at Mount Carmel College
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The college hostels are in construction and usually full but that is nothing to worry about .There are a lot of PGs around and they are very reasonably priced.
- There is food available and also the necessary conditions for a college student. The food on campus is pretty tasty and doesn't cost much.The college facilities are amazing and the classrooms and everything are good.Wifi is available.All the infrastructure is old but in good shape and is frequently made better
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Firstly one must fill the online application at Mount Carmel College and must have the necessary documents to support the details.
- Then there is a personal interview where general questions are asked.
- Also the typical cutoff percentage is 80. There really wasn't any entrance exam.
- There is then a meeting with the Principal about the rules and regulations of the College
Academics and Faculty
- The Daily routine is good. College begins at 8:30am and ends at 3:00.
- The teachers are amazing at what they do and all of them have different and unique methods of teaching.
- There are a lot of extracurricular activities and overall college life is amazing. It is the perfect blend of study and fun.
Fees and Scholarships
- The fees for my course was Rs 51000 for the whole year is really reasonable.
- The college has an approximate of 126 scholarships which it offers to students from different backgrounds ranging from students who are academically bright to those who are economically backward yet deserving.
- I don't really think loans are necessary.
Clubs and Associations
- This is the part where the college really outdoes everything else.
- There are amazing student societies and clubs and they teach you so much.
- The festivals and fests held are the best known all over Bangalore.
- Other colleges come and attend these fests.The other colleges also host fests and the students at MCC attend them and make us proud.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Mount Carmel college is a college of dreams and hard work. CBSE board results of 83% and a short interview with the principal ma'am will be held at SSMRVDC for selection of student. For the admissions, we didn't have any entrance exams
