- When the students are in 4th year then top students of each branch are selected for an internship. Stipend are also given to backwards and poor students under TFW schemes at Netaji Subhash Engineering College.
- There are various companies that provide placement for the students such as TCS, SAP labs, Wipro, and many software companies.
- The average salary is Rs. 30K/months, the students of CSE, IT, ECE, are well placed, as compared to another branch.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Hostels are not provided by Netaji Subhash Engineering College.
- Students have to stay outside i.e. in PG which costs Rs. 5 K per months. Which provides you all the facilities from food to lodgings.
- Wifi in college doesn't provide good speed.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The basic eligibility criteria are to have a science background in the +2 standards. Physics, chemistry, and mathematics are mandatory subjects along with you're chosen first and the second language. Also, proficiency in English is recommended as the course is taught in English. One will have to appear in West Bengal Joint Entrance Exams to be eligible. Also one needs to have a minimum of 60-65 % marks throughout. Typical cutoffs vary, but a rank within the top 8000 in JEE should be sufficient.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria are to either score required marks in WBJEE exam. The cutoff changes year by year.
