- Army Institute of technology is situated near vishranthwadi in dighi and the environment for the college is very neat, clean and pure as it is away from the city but it is near to main things such as Railway Station, Hospital etc.
- The infrastructure of college is also very good as it is well equipped with everything needed for the student.

- The eligibility criteria for AIT is that you have to get good marks in JEE MAIN.

- The fees of AIT is less compared to other colleges as it charges Rs. 2.5 lakh per year for ST and Rs. 1.5 lakh for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year and it includes everything including hostel, mess, washing clothes, gym etc.
- Every year scholarship is also given based on the marks of the students which are around Rs. 40,000.
