Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for joining the Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology is clearing the KMAT KERALA exam or the students can join through management quota also. Their typical cutoff was 70% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics together for KMAT, 50% in above-said subjects for management quota. There is also an NRI quota for which there are a lot of procedures and is also very expensive.

And it's better to choose Computer science or any other technical subject for that instead of biology. It will be very helpful while pursuing B.Tech. The 11th and 12th must be completed under an affiliated school or certified board(state boards, CBSE,ICSE, etc.) You have to apply under Kerala Technological University and appear for entrance exam conducted by them.
