Placements and Internships
- I have done an internship in Varun Bewargares Greater Noida, where I have conducted a search on the geographical market for one of PEPSICO product and provide the data for the company for future sales forecast.
- Our campus recruitment mainly focuses on Finance and Marketing companies that took the candidates for the right position and better future.
- The average salary figures mainly depend on the interview and type of employer, it is mainly between Rs 20,000-45,000 per month. Our 1st batch got placed in 2 rounds. About 65% of students of GNIT were placed.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are 2 hostels with a fee of Rs 35000 per annum, separate hostel for girls with all accommodations.
- Mostly, students live in hostels provided by the college, PG is also an alternate option for students.
- Food is good in the canteen and cheaper than outside food. It costs about 30-40 rupees per head at GNIT.
- The quality of classrooms are good and they are well structured with projectors and ventilation, Wi-Fi is available for students.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The admission procedure is through CAT.
- The entrance examination required for getting into GNIT is CAT. I have cleared CAT Examination and got the college.
- The typical cut-off for Management is 78%, and for PG program it is 76%.
Academics and Faculty
- The class timings are from 9:20am to 5:00pm in GNIT.
- The quality and method of teaching is based on books, notes, and examples and presentations or practical examples of companies.
- The overall experience was good and have learned a lot from seminars and lectures from alumni and guest lecturers.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee per year was Rs 78000.
- Scholarship options are present for students they were issued from State Govt.
- On an average, 45% of students get a scholarship in Greater Noida Institue of Technology.
- Loans are easily available from all reputed banks and financial institutions based on the admission form and fee structure of the college.
Clubs and Associations
- Playground, indoor play room, computer labs and library provided for studying and refreshment at GNIT.
- Cultural activities are done by management for students and seminar and hands-on projects, industrial visits are done for students.
- Generally two years for MBA includes learning and self-grooming time and time available for enhancing yourself for future.
