Entrance Exams and Admissions
B. Tech Candidates must have passed intermediate exam without any grace marks of U.P. Board or 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from any recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject; and anyone of Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/Biology/ Technical Vocational as optional subject.
B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) Candidates must have passed intermediate exam without any grace marks of U.P. Board or 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from any recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subject; and anyone of Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Technical Vocational as optional subject.
MBA Candidates must have passed three years Bachelor degree course without any grace from any recognized university.
B. Tech (Lateral Entry in Second Year) Candidates must have passed three-year Engineering Diploma in any branch of engineering (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy and Architecture) or three year B.Sc. degree plus having passed 10+2 exam with mathematics as one subject.
Direct Admissions:
15% seats of the total sanctioned intake come under this category. The admissions under the above quota will be made as per the directions of U.P. State Govt. and Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : IMS Engineering College (IMSEC) is a top private engineering college in Delhi NCR which was established in 2002. It is run under the Institute of Management Studies Society. It is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with ‘A’ grade and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college is also affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Admission is through UPSEE and personal test /interview to offer suitable branch.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for joining IMS Engineering College is clearing the UPSEE exam. The students can get admission based on management quota also. The cut-off for the course is 1000 AIR in UPSEE exam. For the management quota students, they should get a minimum of 80% of marks in 12th. There is a separate examination conducted by the university for getting admission.
