Placements and Internships
- About my internship, I did my internship with amzon. The stipend was good. Around 10000 Per Month.
- Most of the students get placed in major companies. There are many core offers from big companies such as Microsoft,Cisco, M&M etc. The college provides ample opportunity for self development.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Hostel is well maintained and costs INR 50,000/- for a semester.
- PGs are avaialble nearby for INR 5,000-10,000/- monthly.
- Food is good and meals are reasonable.
Academics and Faculty
- The class schedule depends on the department. Daily routine is good.
- The method of teaching is different for each faculty. Faculty may use only lectures or presentations etc to complete the syllabus. Practical and lab sessions are given a high importance. To say with bullet points. Thus, Quality of teaching is good.
- Overall experience is great.
Fees and Scholarships
- Tution fees is Rs 35000.00 per semester.
- Every year scholarship is given to branch topper from each branch for second year and following years. For first year scholarship is given to male and female rank opener of each branch. Moreover scholarship is also provided to SC and ST students on merit basis and to economically weaker sections.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Should clear Jee mains with good rank for specific branch if general. 12th marks at least 60% for all categories. I took Jee mains only. Cutoff changes every year in 2017 it was 1400 rank for ECE.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : In order to get admission in PEC, you need to get good rank in JEE MAINS and then go for JAC CHANDIGARH counseling. Cutoffs change every year according to which are updated on the JAC website
