Placements and Internships

  • Getting a placement after completing your graduation from SRCC is a done thing. The roles that are offered are very varied which includes: Finance, marketing, hr, hotel management, graduate management etc
  • The average package of the college is Rs. 6 Lacs per annum with highest being around Rs. 16 lacs per annum from the campus.
  • The Alumni network is very strong which have an annual get together every year in the month of February. 

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

  •  There is hostel facility available for girls and boys separately. Each room has first class facility of food, water and common room.
  • The canteen food and the stall have good variety of food at cheap rates available in the college.
  • The college has first class sports facility and seminar rooms. Each class has centralised air conditioner which operates 24 hours. Library is fully electronic and has all the kind of books you would ever need. Also very fast wifi is present most of the time.

Academics and Faculty

  •  Daily routine varies from day to day. The classes may start as early as 8:40 am in the morning and end up by 2:00 pm or may start at 11:30am. 
  • The quality of teaching is very good because of the vast experience of the faculty in teaching the course for number of years. Method of teaching may vary to faculty to faculty. Some may teach through case studies and presentation while others may teach you through dialogue lectures. The biggest advantage of the vast experience of the teachers is the impeccable guidance and suggestions for the future. 
  • The overall experience of college is very good.

Fees and Scholarships

  • The college fee of is somewhere around Rs. 30,000 for two semesters.
  • There are more than couple of options available for scholarship. The scholarship has been divided into need basis or merit basis.
  • The scholarship is awarded to 10-12 students from each batch every year.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : There were 4 ways to get admission to my course they are: 12th standard marks, entrance, sports quota, pwd category. I received merit based admission. There were up to 12 cut offs. I got admission in 1st cut off I.e. 98% for OBC candidates

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria are on the basis of class 12 marks, basically, the cutoff starts from 97.5 for general category, there is no entrance exam for Delhi university colleges for undergraduate courses. Admission process starts in the month of May where the online form is released for registration of students and later cutoff are declared on the basis of which students come and take admissions.
