students can do internship of their respective streams. the college provide them with internships and others. all a student need to do is to apply for the internship permission letter from the placement and training department. the college provides them with the letter in a day or even mail it to them if they are somehow not able to collect it from the department. students can do internships from 3rd semster onwards in any of the firm or organisation of there will. many firms provide paid internship. the internships helps in academics as well as in  the corporate life.

I did an internship in bsnl. it was the summer training program in which gsm and gprs and other aspects of communication and electronics were taught which was helpful for me.

The placement wing of the college handles all aspects of campus placements for the graduating students at Reva ITM. The Placement wing gets greater acceleration with the speed of the training programs rolled out. The Placement process is initiated with a clear focus on the students of all the academic levels, all levels of the companies are contacted and invited for the campus recruitment drive which matches to all the academic levels of students. Branch specific core companies are focused equally to ensure students obtain the correct match of their passion and competency. The department is well equipped with excellent infra-structure to support every stage of the placement process. Arrangement for Pre-Placement Talks, interviews, Group Discussions etc. are all handled by the staff at the office.

the average salary of each student is 3.5 lakhs to 4.2 lakhs. those who are excellent in academics gets a package of 8 lakhs to 10 lakhs depending on the firm in which they are and for what designation the company is recruting for.

College is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Prominently located besides the road to international airport at Devanahalli, REVA ITM boasts of a sprawling campus of 35 acres full of greenery and an eco-friendly ambience. It has splendid building and state of the art facilities.

The institute has a full fledged gymnasium and indoor game facilities like badminton court, table tennis, chess, carom etc. It has also has an air-conditional seminar hall with good audio-visual facilities. REVA ITM is proud of its state of art auditorium and amohitheatre with well designed acoustics and seating arrangements.

The college also has excellent outdoor sports facilities like cricket ground, tennis court, basketball court etc with a spacious swimming pool in progress. high speed wireless networking, latest computer with legal softwares and dedicated internet connectivity, well-equipped laboratory, centrally located modern spacious library with rich collections of books, journals, browsing centre etc are few of the many feathers on the REVA cap. Audio visual centre with a capacity of 250 is always buzzing with activities. Various educational CD's have been procured in the library for the benefit of the staff and the students. A provision has been made to view the Eklavya technology channel and EDUSAT program.

hostel facility is for both girls and boys. The eight blocks of five-storey-buildings can accommodate 5000 students. The rooms are twin-sharing, triple-sharing and equipped with beds, wardrobes, study tables and chairs. Seven of the blocks are for female students; Hostel has power backup facility within 19 seconds which INFOSYS campus has with 26 seconds. REVA HOSTEL is committed to offering their students accommodation that is of high quality, great value and in close proximity to the Main block. Facilities in the hostel includes24-hour security services, study rooms with internet service.

the food is hygenic and is upto the mark for students. there are two mess veg and non veg. the students can opt for it.

breakfast timing is from 7:30 TO 8:30 IN THE MORNING. lunch is from 12:30 to 1:30. snacks from 4:30 to 5:00 in the evening and dinner from 7:30 to 9:30..

the cost per meal is 50 rs which is cheap for a student.

there are many seminar halls with facilites such as projectors and proper sound systems for a lecture and presentation, etc.

pre placement talks are held in the seminar halls.

the quality of classrom is also good. proper ventilation and lighting and facility to have a presentation in the class itself.  the library is having books of all the subjects of indian as well as foreign authors which helps in academics and doubt clearing for the particular topic. newspapaers are avialable in different languages for students. students acan avail the facility of memebership in the library the library is well maintained and has enough room for students to study.

the campus has wifi which can be used from anywhere in the campus by having a login through their id.

the campus has playground, basketball court, tennis court, gym, indoor sports room.

The class starts from 8:30am in the morning and ends at 4'o clock in the evening in between there are two breaks one is the tea break which is given at 10:20am which is of 25 mins. Then lunch break is at 12:30 and it lasts for 1 hour. the students can attend classes from 8:50am if they are late for some reasons, teachers allow them to do so. 

The method of teaching is best because teachers explain almost anything regarding the subject even if it is not in the academics. they give proper eamples and explains everything to make a studdent understand the topics. the students have the privilege to ask the doubts by meeting the respective subject teacher even after the classes. teachers are very friendly and are very helpful. they boosts ones confidence and encourage them to do best in their academics.

there are two semester eams in a year each with the interval of 6 months. there are 6 subjects and 2 labs in each semester except for the final semester which has 4 subjects and 1 main project which is assessed and the marks are counted for the degree. 

in each semester there are 3 internal examination in which a student has to score good because the marks are counted for the main semester examination.

The campus is big and the crowd is friendly so there are possibilies that a friendship can last forever. the college timing is also good and the canteen provide hygenic food at affordable price according to a student's pocket money. Teachers are helpful. Fest and inter department fest are held in which a student can participate and win prizes. the overalll experience is good.

The college fees for each year for engineering stream is Rs. 1,37,500 per annum. The students can pay through checque, cash , demand draft and online banking services.

There are scholarship options avaiable for the students who have an excellent performance in academics. the colllege provide them with both the college fee as well as the pocket money for the scholar students. There ia also a provision for defence background students in which they have to pay only Rs 35,000. the college provides them with scholarship too for which they have to pay only Rs 18,000.

The average number of scholarship provided each year is 5-10. the defence background students are in between 30-60. 

The students who have the money can pay all at once but for those who not financially strong have the facility to take loans and pay through it. college itself provides the fee structure for  every student who are taking loans. the students can take loans from any government banks and private nationalised banks like state banks, axis bank canara bank, hdfc bank etc . taking loan for college fee is also easy. 

the procedure to take loan is simple. all they need to do is to go to college administration block and aplly for the fee structure. the college gives it within a day. taking the fee structure to any of the banks the students have a fill the form for loan the bank asks for certian documents such a bank account from which they are taking the loan and few documents such as one's father salary slip based on these things the bank provides the loan with certain interst rate on the amount taken. when the loan is sanctioned they can pay college at the begining of each of the year.

College Fest (REVAMP):

REVAMP includes the following events every year with introducing more and more events year after year such as Technical, Cultural, Management, Sports, and other Events.

Every year it has come a long way seeing successful participation of students from various colleges in different events. While doing the same, it has given a stage and opportunities to show the talent of many young and creative minds. It is a doorway for the students to showcase their organizational and managerial skills, also giving the students an opportunity to work as a team. The number of colleges and the number of students participating in this event are increasing year after year.

The techno cultural festival includes a variety of items like fashion show, dance, music, debate, quiz, sports events, battle of bands, computer gaming, dumb charade, mehendi design, rangoli, mad ads and many more.

the college life is good and the overall experience is also good.
