1) Eligibility criteria is qualifying Neet Exam with cutoff marks associated with Osmania Medical College. Admission process is both online and offline.
2) Entrance examination: NEET-UG
3) Cutoffs - It changes every year. In my time the cutoff was 510 marks.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for joining Osmania Medical College, [OMC] Hyderabad is passing the 12th standard. The admission procedure is based on NTR university counseling. The entrance exam which I preferred is AP EAMCET.
