Now, talking about internships and experiences that one can get with the help of the placement cell. The placement cell of the department works pretty well, they help students get internships during the semester breaks. The major roles that one can get alongside this course are content writer, content editor, content marketer, Proof reader, and everything related to the field.

The college infrastructure is super cool. All the classes are in good condition, with proper chairs and desks and centralised AC. Talking about open spaces like grounds and gardens, the college fell short of them, because of the recent construction of a new wing. But overall, the campus is good. Unfortunately, there is no provision of hostels by the college, but it is not an issue because there are a lot of PGs near the campus.

The first step for getting admission in this course in this very college was the entrance exam for my course. It was not very difficult, but it required some preparation to score a certain rank for getting admission in the top college for BA (Hons.) English.

The eligibility criteria for this test was a minimum of 60% aggregate in the 12th standard. After clearing the exam, the seats are allotted based on the individual's rank. There are different allotments that are provided to the candidate, and one needs to pay some amount in order to fix that seat, and move further with the process of allotment. The next allotments are mostly better than the previous ones.

The cut-off is generally around 300th-400th rank for the general category. After getting a seat in a desired institute, one must visit the college for submission of the reaming amount and to fill all the necessary documents required for the admission process.

According to me, the class timings and the faculty are the best part of the course. The faculty are really good, put their heart in while teaching, the methods are good enough. The timings are usually 8-12/1. The syllabus of each and every subject is also different from the regular ones, and is intriguing.

Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Pitampura fee structure: The fees for this course are around INR 1 Lakh per year. In fact, almost all the courses that this college provides have a similar free structure. Now about scholarships, I don't think so that the course offers any. 

There are multiple societies, both departmental and central. There is a theatre society, a musical one, a dance society,and on the departmental level. there is a translation society, and an adaptation society. Overall, these societies make it easy for students to enjoy their college life.
