The Placement Cell of RCM, Bhubaneshwar, creates a platform where students can showcase their talents which different companies seek to explore and utilise. Starting from 1982, RCM has been securing 100% placements for its students and has successfully placed a large section of graduates and post graduates who have appeared for placements.This year especially, the performance has been overwhelming, considering the lowered recruitment rate of companies and the general shedding of the workforce in the corporate world.

All types of facilities like 24x7 Wi-Fi, a huge computer lab, a huge library and a badminton playground, are available here. Our college has a hostel, but there is no canteen. So, you have to manage yourself by eating outside. Our hostel structure is very good and is sprawled over 4 floors.  Hostel is good too.Available Facilities: 

Admission to UG courses is based on marks scored in the last qualifying exam. A valid score in OJEE, MAT, CAT, ATMA or CMAT is required for admission to MBA. Candidates will be selected for the PGDM programme solely based on their performance in the last qualifying exam.

The Research and Publication Department at RCM is home to some of India's most innovative teaching faculty. Dr Sujata Mangraj, an associate professor in management with nearly two decades of experience, as well as Prof. S N Mishra - a renowned researcher who has completed his work on empowering Kutia Kondh tribe, among other things. This department also houses the highly skilled team from outside VC universities that helps us bring new ideas into practice through creative research publishing practises.

Faculty members at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Management Education impart education on subjects like accounting, strategic management and entrepreneurship. They maintain a teacher to student ratio of 9:1 which ensures quality learning through direct contact with business leaders as well skilled instructors that can enhance one's potential levels beyond what they may have previously thought possible!

CLUBS are an integral part of the RCM experience. They enable students to explore their ideas in which they are interested as well as to discover new activities and ideas. At RCM, students are encouraged to discuss the opportunities provided by the clubs. RCM consists of multiple clubs which provide a meaningful extension of true potential and grow to the fullest.

RCM consists of financial club that helps students stay upgraded with the latest information and acquire the much needed knowledge.Marketing club “SMARKETERS” brings together some of the brightest minds and facilitates development of new ideas, concepts, strategies etc.The HR club plays a pivotal role in providing practical experience through fruitful discussions and implementation on human resource management, recruitment, and more.The operations and decisions science club of RCM identifies, develops, documents, interprets, innovative approaches in operations and data science.
