Along with academics, the college also introduces training sessions for the upcoming placement drive. I would like to share my training experience with you. College prepares its students for the corporate sector from the beginning of the third year of your course. Training starts from the beginning of July when students of all other universities are enjoying their summer vacation. The first phase of your placement training is technical training. In this phase, highly qualified trainers build up your technical strength. The second phase of your training is corporate training. In this phase, highly qualified trainers make you perfect for a corporate job.

When I saw the PSIT the first time, I was much impressed by its beautiful infrastructure. The architecture of this college is so good. PSIT Kanpur expands the view nearby 90 acres of land situated at Bhautipratappur, NH-2 Delhi Kanpur Highway. The College campus is totally environment friendly. The whole college campus is centrally air-conditioned. I think it is the only college which has its own central AC plant. The Town Hall, its auditorium has world-class facilities with the seating capacity of 1300. The ventilated classroom with a good projector setup creates the right platform for learning.

The college has very well-equipped laboratories. Each laboratory is equipped with modern equipment. There is also a central library on the college campus with thousands of books, journals and e-books with 24/7 high-speed internet connectivity. The college has 1500+ computers in its computer lab. The whole campus is under surveillance by CCTV cameras and has separate hostels for boys and girls. You can taste healthier food in a hostel mess. Hostels and college campuses are made according to the conformance of the students.

The eligibility criteria is atleast 60% in 12th, and the entrance exam for admission is UPSEE or JEE.

The class timing is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 Pm. The teaching quality is too good, and my overall experience is too good.

Along with academics, the college also conducts various co-curricular activities for the personality development of students. The college organizes various games tournaments also. In each hostel, there is also a gym for exercise. College also organizes Ignitia, an annual fest, in which there is a wide variety of events for students of PSIT. In some events, outsiders also compete with PSITians. Robowar and Jugad are the most famous event of PSIT. Every moment you spend in PSIT is itself a memory
