Eligibility criteria 10+2 Bio Science no exam held for addmission 45% number in Biology, and Total percentage need about 50%
Fees and Scholarships
Rs. 6000 per year is the course fee at Netaji Subhas Open University, [NSOU] West Bengal. 60 to 65% need to get a scholarship, no loan needed for me

Held but I am not participating. Every year organised Swaraswati Puja. Well, not bad.
