Humming Bird Foundation conducts the HHO registration process for students who are going to appear for Humming Bird Hindi Olympiad (HHO) 2024-24. HHO 2024-24 registration process is done via the school.

HHO Registration 2024 Highlights 

Listed below are some of the important dates in a table for the students interested in writing the HHO exam this year. Students may refer to them and also start preparing.

Here are the important dates to be known before applying for the HHO exam.

HHO 2024 Registration Process

Two forms need to be filled when a student wants to appear for HHO 2024. The two forms are mentioned in detail below.

Parent Consent Form: The parent consent form is to be filled by a parent. Parents have to tick checkboxes to specify which exams the student wants to appear for and enclose the amount (of money) depending on the number of exams the student is planning to write.

Details to be filled in this form are School’s Name, Student’s Name, Class and Section, Class Roll No., Amount Paid, and the Parent’s Name and Signature.

Registration Booklet: The registration booklet is the official document used by the school to register itself (as an examination centre for HHO) and its students for the different exams conducted by Humming Bird Education (P) Ltd.

The registration booklet is divided into 2 parts.

• School Registration Form
• Student Registration Form

School Registration Form

The school will use the school registration form for registering itself as a centre for the Olympiad. The form is to be filled only with block letters, and the school has to follow the instructions written on the form.

Details which need to be filled in by the school are mentioned below.

• Name of the school
• School Address and PIN
• Phone Number (both landline with STD code and Mobile No.)
• College Email ID
• Details of the Principal (Name, Email ID, and Mobile No.)
• Details of the School Coordinator (Name, Email ID, and Mobile No.)
• Select a Payment Option

Student Registration Form

The school coordinator fills the Student Registration Form once all students submit their Parent Consent Form. Details such as the student’s name, class, section, and the exam they are attempting will be filled in this form.

The coordinator has to attach the consent form along with the Registration Booklet and send it via email or post to Humming Bird Education along with the payment. Parents have to tick the boxes for the Concept Building Books that they want to order and enclose an appropriate extra amount with the Parent Consent Form. The coordinator has to send the registration fee per student per exam along with the amount for the Concept Building Books to Humming Bird Education.

Coordinators also have to indicate the number of Concept Building Books being ordered by the school in the School Registration Form. Each book costs Rs. 120.

Concept Building Books are available for preparation for the following exams.

• International Mathematics Olympiad (HMO)
• International Science Olympiad (HSO)
• International Spelling Bee Competition (SpellB)

Eligibility Criteria for HHO

The eligibility criteria for Humming Bird Hindi Olympiad are as given.

• Only students who belong to participating schools can take part in the Hindi Olympiad.
• You must be from a participating school that should be affiliated with either ICSE, CBSE, or State Board.
• You should be a student of any class from 1 to 12.

HHO Payment Method

Schools can pay the registration fees along with the cost of the Concept Building Books using two methods.

Online Payment for HHO: In case the school is paying the fees online, the payment has to be done to the following bank account.

In case of online payment, the school may also scan the registration form, or the school can fill the details in an Excel Sheet and mail it to info@Humming Birdeducation.com 

Offline Payment for HHO: They can post the Registration Booklet along with the Demand Draft (DD) for the appropriate amount to Humming Education Ltd., Unit No. 705, 7th Floor, Plot No. B-08, Netaji Subash Palace, Pitampura, New Delhi- 110034.

Demand draft is to be taken in favour of Humming Bird Education Ltd; payable is New Delhi.
