The UPSC NDA 2 Application Form 2025 will be made available soon on the official website upsc.gov.in. The application process will commence with the release of the notification PDF on May 28, 2025. The last date to apply for the same shall be June 2, 2025. The commission may or may not extend the last date to apply, depending on the demand of the applicants against the number of seats. The application correction window will remain open from June 2-8, 2025.
Following the application process, the Union Public Service Commission will release the list of candidates' names whose applications have been rejected due to non-payment of application form fees. Further, the candidates must appeal against the rejection within 10 days along with the document evidence by speed post or by hand only. The appeal should reach the commission's office by the given date.
Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for the UPSC NDA 2025 exam. New users must first register with UPSC by filling out the necessary information in the One-Time Registration Portal (OTRP). Candidates must register with the OTRP to fill out the UPSC NDA online form 2025. The UPSC NDA 2025 application fee for General/OBC candidates, i.e., INR 100/- must be paid online or offline.
Steps to Apply for UPSC NDA 2 2025
The candidates must make sure to fulfil the UPSC NDA eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. The applicants are advised to follow the steps shared below to submit their application forms.
Step 1: Register Yourself
The first step of the application process is to register on the website, upsconline.nic.in. Select the "Registration" option form the homescreen and process with the required details. The applicants will then receive their application ID and password. In case the applicants have already registered themselves, select the "Already Registered" option from the dashboard.

Step 2: Enter the Required Details
After the registration ID and password is received, the applicants must provide their accurate information, such as educational details, personal details, contact details, etc. Applicants are advised to reassure the details first before applying.

Step 3: Upload the Documents
Candidates must then upload the scanned copies of their documents as mentioned under the given dimensions. The list of documents required to be uploaded are:
- Candidates's Birth Date Proof
- 10th Mraksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- Photograph
- Signature
Step 4: Make the Payment
Once all the documents are uploaded, click on the save option and proceed. Now the payment dashboard shall open on the screen. Select the mode of payment and the category wise application fee shall reflect on the screen.
Step 5: Printout the Application Form PDF
Once all the steps are fulfilled, applicants are advised to printout the application form for their reference.

NDA Mode of Payment
The candidates can complete their payment for UPSC NDA 1 by using the given mode of payment:
- Candidates can pay the application fee by depositing cash in any branch of the SBI or by using the net banking facility of SBI or by using Debit Card/Credit Card.
- Candidates who select the "Pay by Cash" mode, should take a printout of the system-generated pay-in-slip and deposit the fee at the counter of the SBI Branch on the next working day only.
UPSC NDA Application Form 2025 Correction
Except for the choice of centre, candidates can make changes to their UPSC NDA application form 2025. The time for making changes to the application form will open after the application process is closed. The candidates can expect the correction window to be active from June 2-7, 2025.
If a candidate wishes to make modifications to their OTR profile during this time, they should log onto the OTR platform and make the necessary changes. In other words, no changes to the OTR profile can be made by visiting the application form's window for revision.
Withdrawal of UPSC NDA 2 2025 Application Form
UPSC introduced the facility of withdrawal of application forms for those candidates who do not want to appear for the examination. The process involved in withdrawing the application form is given below.
- Candidates need to provide the details of the registered application with the registration ID.
- Withdrawal of incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- A withdrawal request will be accepted only after verifying the OTP received at the registered mobile number and email ID.
- After the withdrawal of the application form, candidates must print the system-generated receipt.
- Application fees paid during the registration process will not be refunded after the withdrawal of the application form.
