The TNPSC Group 2 Application Form 2024 will be available on the official website for students willing to apply for the TNPSC examinations. How to Register for TNPSC Group 2 2024?

Candidates willing to apply for the TNPSC exams should register themselves on the portal. This is a One Time Registration (OTR) process. The candidate who has registered themselves on the TNNPSC website will only be eligible for the application. The candidates will be given a login ID and password for their further application processes. This OTR is valid for 5 years. Follow the steps to register yourself.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of TNPSC.
• Step 2: Click on the 'Apply online' link.
• Step 3: Fill in the details required.
• Step 4: Click the submit button.
• Step 5: The student ID and password will be generated.

The candidate has to remember the login ID and the password generated at the time of registration for future use. The OTR is not the completion of any application for any exam under TNPSC. The candidate has to particularly choose the exam after registration and apply for it separately after logging in through OTR. 

How to Apply for TNPSC Group 2 2024?

The candidate can apply for the exam from the official website once the notification for the exam is released. The application form for the prelims was released on Feb 23, 2022. The last date for submitting the application for TNPSC Group 2 2024 was Mar 23, 2022.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of TNPSC.
• Step 2: Log in with the ID and password generated at the time of registration.
• Step 3: Fill in the details required for the application and upload the necessary documents.
• Step 4: Select the examination willing to apply for.
• Step 5: Pay the application fee.
• Step 6: Click on the submit button.
• Step 7: The confirmation of the application will appear on the screen.
• Step 8: Download and take a printout of the application form.

The candidate should be very sure about entering the details while filling out the form, as no change can be made after submitting the form. There will be no time given after the last date of submission for submitting the form or making any modifications to the form submitted. 

TNPSC Group 2 2024 Application Fee

The payment process should be completed after filling out the TNPSC Group 2 Application Form 2024. The candidates applying for prelims can pay the fee either online or offline. Whereas, candidates shortlisted for mains have to pay the fee online.

There are certain exceptions in fee payment for candidates from different categories or under certain circumstances. The information is given below.

• SC/ST: No fee
• Pwd: Not applicable for people with less than  40% disability.
• Destitute Widows(DW): DW certificate obtained from RDO/Sub-Collector/Assistant Collector should be submitted.
• OBC: Should not have the benefits of free chances in any of 3 previous recruitments.
• Ex-servicemen: Should not have the benefits of free chances in any of 2 previous recruitments, fee concession will not be applicable if the candidate has already been recruited to any class/category/service.
