SSC CPO recruitment 2024 was announced by the Staff Selection Commission. The SSC CPO Exam is conducted yearly to recruit candidates for Sub Inspector (GD) in CAPF (Central Armed Police Forces), Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF, and Executive Sub Inspector in Delhi Police. The latest SSC CPO Recruitment 2024 has been notified for a total of 4187 seats.
Applicants who find themselves eligible and are interested in the vacancy can apply by Mar 28, 2024. The last date to pay the application fee is Mar 29, 2024. The application correction window will remain active from Mar 30-31, 2024. Additionally, the commission has also announced the SSC CPO Exam dates 2024, it will be held on May 9, 10, and 13, 2024.
SSC CPO Recruitment Process 2024
The recruitment process consists of three stages those are as follows:
- Stage 1: Paper-I Exam: Paper-I will serve as a Preliminary exam. This exam is qualifying in nature.
- Stage 2: Physical Endurance Test: After the candidates clear the first paper, they will have to mandatorily go for a Physical Endurance Test (PET) to advance in the recruitment process.
- Stage 3: Paper-II: The third stage, Paper-II, is conducted for those candidates who clear the physical endurance test.
- Candidates who clear the Paper 2 exams will be selected for their applied post.

- 800 meters race in 6.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 2.7 meters in 3 chances
