IPPB Recruitment application form 2024 for the Executive post has been announced at the official website ippbonline.com. The opening is for a total of 47 seats. The candidates who wish to apply for the IPPB Recruitment 2024 can do so by Apr 5, 2024. The application process commenced on Mar 15, 2024. Any graduate candidate is eligible to fill out the IPPB Recruitment application form 2024.

IPPB 2024 Application Procedure

Candidates can follow the procedure to fill out the IPPB Recruitment application form 2024 as given below:

• Step 1: A candidate should go on the official website of the IPPB i.e. ippbonline.com
• Step 2: Upon landing on the page, the candidate should click on the "Click here for New Registration" tab to fill in your IPPB Registration Form 2024. The illustration is provided below.

• Step 3: You will be asked to fill in the basic details like First Name, Last Name, Mobile number, e-mail ID etc.
• Step 4: Upon the completion of this stage, the candidate will receive a registration number and a password on the registered mobile number.
• Step 5: In the next step, the candidate needs to use the credentials received on the registered mobile number and fill the details in the login page. The candidate has to fill in the security code and click on the "Submit" tab.

• Step 6: Afterwards, you will be taken to a new window where you have to fill in the personal details about your academic qualifications, the status of marriage, nationality etc. You will also need to provide the privilege to choose the exam city. Out of the choices filled by you, you will be assigned with only one exam centre.
• Step 7: Upon filling in the general information, you will be asked to upload the scanned files of your recent photograph, signature and resume.
• Step 8: Upon successfully uploading the documents, the last step would be to pay the IPPB 2024 Application Fee. You are free to pay the fee through the online medium only. You can pay the fee by online medium through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
• Step 9: Upon paying the application fee, your application will be considered completed. You will be able to download and print your IPPB Application Form afterwards.

Documents Required for IPPB Exam 2024

Candidates should check the below-mentioned details before applying for IPPB Exam 2024:

• Candidates should keep the scanned copies of their recent passport-sized photographs and signature ready for upload.
• Payment of fees is also to be done. So, the candidates should be prepared for that.
• Candidates will have to submit a valid email address and an active mobile phone number. That mobile number should be with them at the time of filling out the IPPB Recruitment application form 2024.
• Bank transaction charges for the payment of the application fee online have to be borne by the candidate.
• Candidates must have an updated copy of their resume which should contain their complete permanent address.

Details of the IPPB Application Form 2024

IPPB application fee 2024 is INR 700/- for General and OBC candidates. The application fee is INR 150/- for the candidates who belong to the SC/ ST/PwD categories. There is no relaxation in the fee for students belonging to reserved categories like Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe.

Once the fee is paid by the candidate, if successful, an e-receipt will be generated and the candidates will be able to download it. If an e-receipt for the IPPB application will not get generated, then it means the payment was not successful. In this case, the candidate should again log in with credentials and again try for the payment.

In the case of payment being made through a Credit Card, the candidate should wait for the "Payment Success" message and should not click on the refresh option to avoid the double charge.

IPPB 2024 Application Fee and Payment Modes

Candidates willing to apply for the IPPB 2024 exam must pay the application fee. Without the successful payment of the application fee, the application form will be rejected. The detailed application fee is given below:

Guidelines for Uploading the Documents for IPPB 2024 Exam

Candidates have to upload the photograph and signature in after filling the basic details in the IPPB Recruitment application form 2024.

Specifications for the Photograph:

• The file of the photograph to be updated should be passport size with dimensions of 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm.
• The pixel size should be 200 × 300 pixels.
• The image format should be either JPG or JPEG.
• File size should be between 20 KB to 50 KB.
• Candidates should keep in mind that the photograph that they submit should be on a white background.
• Photographs in which the candidate has worn the caps/hats/sunglasses/bandana will not be accepted.
• Candidates who wear glasses should ensure that they have no reflection in the photograph.

Note: Candidates who wear religious headwear are allowed to submit their photograph with it but their face must be visible clearly. Otherwise, their application for the IPPB exam will be rejected.

Specifications for the Signature:

• The signature should be done on a white background with a black ballpoint pen.
• The signature should be the exact signature as he/she the candidate did in the official documents. If a candidate is not able to reproduce a similar signature at the examination venue, then the authority can object to the candidature of the candidate.
• The size of the file to be uploaded should be between 10 KB and 20 KB.
• Pixel dimensions should be 140 × 60.
• The signature should not be smudged.
• The format of the signature should be JPG/JPEG.

IPPB Exam 2024 Special Instructions

• Candidates should check the preview of the whole application form before submitting the fee. Candidates should spot the mistakes and correct them by going back to the section. This is because the candidates would not be able to correct the mistakes once the payment of the fee has been made.
• Candidates should know that without the payment of the fee, the application form of the candidate will be considered incomplete.
• The exam center once allotted to the candidate will not be changed. Any request to change the examination centre will not be entertained.
• The examination fee once paid would not be refunded in any case.
• Candidates will also be asked to upload their freshly updated CVs. Their CV should not be more than 2 pages.
