Eligibility Criteria for IPPB 2024 Exam

IPPB Executive Eligibility

The required qualification for the IPPB Executive Recruitment 2024 shall be as follows:

  • The applicant must be a graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing shall be preferred.

Regular Employees under Grades IV, V and VI (Deputation/Foreign Service)

Education Qualification for IPPB 2024 exam: Candidates should have completed their Bachelor's Degree from a recognised Government approved institution/university/Board.

Age Limit: The age limit lies between 20 to 50 years depending on the post a candidate is applying for. The table below shows the age limit for various job profiles.

29-50 years Work experience of 9 years minimum out of which 4 years should be in Strategy/Product Innovation in a management consulting firm/Fintech/BFSI company.
CEO Secretariat Senior Manager (Strategy) III

Post Graduation/MBA from an institute recognized by Govt. of India

Candidates having a PG degree from a premier institute will be given preference.

23-35 years Work experience of a minimum of 6 years and out of which 3 years should be in Strategy/Product Innovation in a management consulting firm/Fintech/BFSI company.

Note: Candidates who belong to a different reserved category such as ST/ SC/Ex-Servicemen etc. and appearing in the IPPB 2024 Exam will be provided age relaxation under the Central Government rules and norms.
