Eligibility for SSC Naval Armament Inspection Cadre (NAIC)

Age: If candidates are looking to apply for this position, they should be born between January 2, 1996, and July 1 2001.

Gender: Both men and women can apply for this post.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have completed BE/B.Tech from an Institute/University recognized by AICTE and should have a minimum of 60% Marks in one of the following.

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics, Micro Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Control, Control Engineering
  • Production, Industrial Production, Industrial Engineering
  • Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, Electronics and Instrumentation
  • Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Application
  • Metallurgy, Metallurgical, Chemical, Material Science
  • Aero Space, Aeronautical Engineering
  • Post Graduate degree in Electronics, Physics
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the 10th and 12th classes.
  • Moreover, they should also have a minimum of 60% in English.

Eligibility for SSC ATC, SSC Observer, SSC Pilot (MR), and SSC Pilot (Other than MR)

Age: If candidates are looking to apply for the SSC ATC position, they should be born between January 02, 1996, and January 01, 2000.

  • If candidates are applying for SSC Pilot (MR) and Observer positions, they should have been born between January 02, 1997, and January 01, 2002.

Gender: Both men and women can apply for SSC ATC, SSC Observer, and SSC Pilot (MR), and only male candidates can apply for SSC Pilot (other than MR).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should have completed BE/B.Tech from an Institute/University recognized by AICTE and should have a minimum of 60% Marks.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the 10th and 12th classes.
  • Moreover, they should also have a minimum of 60% in English.

Eligibility for SSC Logistics

Age: If candidates are looking to apply for this position, they should be born between January 02, 1996, and July 01 2001.

Gender: Both men and women can apply for this post.

Academic Eligibility

  • Candidates should have completed BE/B.Tech from an Institute/University which is recognized by AICTE or
  • MBA with First Class or 
  • B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc (IT) with First Class with a PG Diploma in Finance / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Material Management or
  • MCA / M.Sc (IT) with First Class.

Eligibility for SSC X (IT)

Age: If candidates are looking to apply for this position, they should be born between January 02, 1996, and July 01 2001.

Gender: Only men can apply for this post.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should have completed BE/B.Tech from an Institute/University which is recognized by AICTE and should have a minimum of 60% Marks in:

  • Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT
  • B.Sc (IT) with First Class
  • M.Sc (Computer / IT) with First Class
  • M.Tech (Computer Science) with First Class
  • MCA with First Class

SSC General Service (GS/X)/Hydro Cadre

Age: Candidates born between January 2, 1996, and July 1, 2001, are eligible to apply for the INET exam.

Gender: Only men are eligible to apply for this exam.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should have obtained a degree in B.E./B.Tech with First Class from an institute/university recognized by AICTE.

Eligibility for SSC Engineering Branch (General Service) (GS)

Age: If candidates are looking to apply for this position, they should be born between January 2, 1996, and July 1 2001.

Eligibility for posts in SSC Education

Age: If candidates are looking to apply for this position, they should be born between January 2, 1996, and January 1 of 2000.

Gender: Only men can apply for this post.

Educational Qualifications

  • First Class in M.Sc (Maths/Operational Research) with Physics in B.Sc.
  • First Class in M.Sc (Physics/Nuclear Physics) with Maths in B.Sc.
  • First Class in M.Sc (Meteorology/Oceanology/Atmospheric Science)
  • B.E/B.Tech from AICTE recognized institute / university with minimum of 60% marks (Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Technology / Information Systems / Computer Engineering)
  • BE / B.Tech from AICTE recognized institute / University with minimum 60% marks in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Candidates applying for Educational posts must have Scored a minimum of 60% marks in class X and Class XII and a minimum of 60% marks in English in class in X or class XII.

For Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holders

Candidates who have a valid and current CPL issued by the DGCA (India) should have been born between January 2, 1996, and January 1, 2002 (both dates inclusive). Only those candidates can apply for Pilot Entry as mentioned in the pilot entry eligibility above.

For Merchant Navy Personnel

Candidates have Govt. of India, Ministry of Shipping & Transport Certificate of Competency (Foreign going) either as a Second Mate, Mate or Master and born between January 2, 1991, and July 1, 2002.
