• After paying the DNB PDCET counselling 2025 fee, eligible candidates must fill out a college selection form.
• Candidates will be able to choose and organise their preferred seats, and they will be able to select as many as they wish.
• As a result, if a seat is allocated to such a candidate and the candidate fails to pay the course cost, they will be deemed disqualified for any subsequent rounds, including the final round.
• SC, ST, OBC candidates, and exceptional category candidates must validate their category on the counselling website. If such candidates do not comply, they will be counted in the General category.
• Candidates who do not pay the counselling fee or complete the choices will be removed from the DNB PDCET 2025 counselling process.
• The seat will be assigned based on merit, seat availability, and the choices made by the candidates throughout the registration process.

DNB PDCET Seat Allotment 2025 - Round 2

• The authority will reveal the number of vacant seats.
• Only those applicants who accepted the first round of DNB PDCET 2025 counselling and all registered candidates who were not given seats in the first round will be able to participate in the second round.
• The authorities will open the DNB PDCET counselling choice-filling process and locking window following the first round. Candidates can change and shuffle their options.
• Aspirants who are satisfied with their first-round DNB PDCET seat allotment and wish to freeze it must eliminate all higher-order possibilities from the choice-filling panel.
• Aspirants who failed to do so and were assigned an improved seat must accept the newly appointed seat.
• Seat allotment will be based on the candidate's choices and the availability of seats.
• During the allotment, the seat vacated by the candidate due to the allotment of their higher-order options will be immediately assigned to the lower-ranked contender.
• Candidates given a DNB PDCET seat allotment in the round must pay the one-year course cost if they are happy with their seat. Candidates who do not pay the course cost will be excluded from the counselling process.
• All candidates not assigned seats in the second round of DNB PDCET 2025 counselling will be eligible to participate in the third round.

DNB PDCET Counselling - Round 3

• Only those applicants who have accepted their DNB PDCET seat allotment by paying the one-year course fee and those who were not assigned a seat in the second round of counselling will be eligible for the third round of counselling.
• After the second round of counselling, the authority will open the DNB PDCET counselling choice-filling process and lock the window. Candidates can edit and shuffle their choices at that time.
• The seat vacated by the candidate due to the DNB PDCET seat allotment of their higher-order alternatives will be automatically awarded to the lower-ranked contender during the allotment.
• Candidates assigned a seat in the round must pay the one-year course cost if they are pleased with their seat. Candidates who do not pay the course fee will be excluded from the process.
• Aspirants who have accepted their allotment by paying the one-year course fee and successfully validated their certificate and biometric at NBE centres can get their allotment letter and must report to the allotted college.
• At the time of reporting, all applicants must bring their DNB PDCET document verification.

DNB PDCET Counselling 2025 - Round 4

• Candidates not assigned seats in the first three rounds will be considered for the fourth and final round of DNB PDCET counselling 2025.
• The fourth round will take place offline at the specified location and time.

• The seats will be assigned in the order of merit, and candidates will be called in batches.
