XIM University Scholarships

XIM University Merit Scholarships

XIM University Bhubaneswar scholarships are offered based on merit to students in need and belonging to various socio-economic backgrounds.

• The Merit Scholarship for Topper of The Batch

This scholarship is awarded to the student with the highest CGPA in the batch, and the awardee is rewarded with a 30% waiver on the total tuition fee.

• Other Merit Scholarships

The XIM University scholarships are based strictly on the student's performance. Students securing 90% marks in the 12th standard are awarded a 30% waiver on the tuition fee as per Merit Scholarship standards. 

Students must note that the merit scholarship will be continued only if the candidate secures a minimum 8.5 CGPA in consecutive academic years.

XIM University Scholarship for SC/ST/EWS and other Minorities

The XIM University Scholarship is awarded to SC/ST/EWS and other minority group students with the highest CGPA in the batch. The scholarship offers a thirty per cent Tuition Fee Waiver only in the First Academic Year. In addition, the family income of the students must not exceed INR 2.5 LPA.

XIM University Scholarship Details

The XIM University scholarship 2024 is open for registration. Eligible students can apply for the respective scholarships on the official website of the institution. The details of the scholarships are mentioned below.

Documents Required

The documents required for the XIM University scholarships are:

• Marksheets (10+2 or Equivalent)
• Identity Proof like an Aadhar Card
• Recent passport-size photograph
• Signature of the student
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Caste Certificate or an E-Certificate issued by the Tahsildar (if required)
• An Income Certificate that has been issued by the State Government (if required)
• Income Tax Return (if required)

Scholarship Guidelines

Students must follow specific guidelines to continue their scholarships throughout their academic years. The guidelines are listed as follows:

• Once the XIM University scholarships are offered, students have 7 days to accept them. If they miss the deadline, then the scholarship is revoked.
• Students need to send the 'Statement of Particulars' form to the Scholarship Committee once they accept the scholarship.
• Students must maintain at least an 8.5 CGPA (7.5 CGPA if they are SC/ST or EWS) to renew their scholarship for the following year.
• Only one XIM University Bhubaneswar scholarship is offered to students even if they are eligible for more than one scholarship.
• Students must also maintain 75% of their attendance and have no backlogs in their semester examinations.
• In case a student falls ill or, due to some other unavoidable reason, misses their annual examination, then the scholarship might be renewed for the next academic year. The candidate must also submit medical documents (test reports, prescriptions, medical admission/discharge certificate, and fitness certificate) that have been issued by a registered medical practitioner/doctor. 
• The decision of the Scholarship Committee is final and binding in all cases. 
• The XIM University scholarship 2024 will be revoked under the following circumstances:
• If they submit false documents
• If they are suspended due to any disciplinary action
• If a student cannot complete their degree within the stipulated time due to absence or suspension
• If a student joins another program without the approval of the Dean of Academics.
