XIM University infrastructure offers modern amenities for a better learning experience. It is located on two distinct campuses, the old and new. The old XIM University campus area is spread over 55 acres. The campus is lovely, tidy, and verdant, exuding a calm atmosphere. 

XIM University Old Campus is located on Nandan Kanan Road at Xavier Square. The entire XIM University campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The new XIM University campus is spread across 35 acres of lush green surroundings, providing a perfect teaching and learning atmosphere. Hostel

• XIM University hostel has 6 PG blocks and 2 UG blocks. Most of the hostel has shared rooms, but we also provide single accommodations, particularly to seniors. 
• There are seven residences on our former campus along with the studio apartments.
• XIM University hostel facility includes wireless internet access and modern amenities.
• The daily menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are fixed, and the menu is updated once a month. It also has a separate a la carte menu. 
• XIM University offers additional dining options both on and off campus. 
• Students must reside on the XIM University campus. 
• Students can access 24-hour printing and copying services like laser printers and photocopiers. 
• The Multipurpose Hall, the Cooperative Store, and the Book Club are also in the hostel. 
• In addition to telephones, water coolers, washing machines, and indoor games like table tennis, pool tables, and carom, all the residences have televisions. 
• There are 48 air-conditioned, independent single rooms in the residential facilities at Old Campus for Executive MBA, connected to an institute-managed and operated mess. 
• Twelve self-contained, air-conditioned apartments and five faculty family quarters are available in the studio apartments. 
• Regular MBA students have 48 self-contained, non-air-conditioned rooms for twin sharing, and MBA-Global Management students and Management Training Programs have 48 self-contained, air-conditioned, well-furnished rooms for single and double sharing. 
• For 1700 students, the New Campus offers residential facilities with essential amenities, including single and double-sharing rooms. 
• Security personnel are stationed at the gated campus to protect residents and prevent unauthorised outsiders from entering. 

Medical Facilities

• Except on Sundays, a doctor is accessible for consultations in the old campus from 6 am to 7 pm. 
• In an emergency, a driver stays on campus to transport anybody to the hospital.
• On the XIM University Campus, an ambulance on call is available for emergencies.

Mess

IT Facilities

• XIM University facility includes computing and IT resources for its staff, students and faculty. 
• For all faculty and staff, XIM University provides desktop computers. A fibre optic backbone links Every computer to the campus Wi-Fi and LAN.
• On the XIM cloud, the XIM University campus has established its data centre with an internal DNS server. 
• When web servers and firewall policies are configured in a DMZ, it can host multiple websites.
• The academic and administrative buildings, faculty residences, classrooms, libraries, and hostel are all connected to the XIM University campus network.

Library

• XIM University library assists academic and research initiatives. 
• Over the years, the library has an extensive collection of books, periodicals, databases, e-books, e-journals, audio-visual materials, cases, company annual reports, working papers, and newspapers.
• ABI, Proquest Complete, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier Science Direct, JSTOR, J-Gate, Sage Database, EPWRF, ISI Emerging Market, CMIE Prowess, India Stat, and LexisNexis are just a few of the national and international e-resources are subscribed by the XIM University library in addition to print resources.
• The library subscribes to Grammarly software and the Bloomberg database. 
• The resources and services offered by the library enable patrons to expedite and enhance their research endeavours. 
• The XIM University library also offers a database of annual reports that includes details on almost 6000 businesses. 
• The Library Information System (LIS) was implemented in the former campus library to automate the Library Information. The system facilitates daily transactions and offers a searchable online interface for finding books. LIS responds to customer inquiries according to author, title, and subject.
• The XIM University campus network provides 24/7 access to the online library portal. 
• The library is open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Bloomberg Lab

• XIM University infrastructure features a Bloomberg Lab that members and students can use. 
• It reinforces classroom theory by exposing students to financial service instruments. 
• On the other hand, Bloomberg Terminal's sophisticated data and analytics can be used in academics.

Communications Lab

• XIM University infrastructure offers professional audio and video studios, a shooting floor, an online TV production setup, green rooms, lobby areas, edit suites, a lab, and expert instruction in high-end industry software such as Final Cut Pro (FCP), Avid Media Composer, and Adobe Creative Cloud (which comprises Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, and InDesign). 
• In addition, the students receive instruction in Quark Xpress, 4C+, 3DxMax, and Maya. The AV studio occupies a spacious area exceeding 4000 square feet.

Classroom

• XIM University infrastructure boasts air-conditioned lecture halls, seminar rooms, syndicate rooms, computer labs, and executive classrooms, which are the art of the classroom complex. 
• The classrooms have interactive multimedia devices, LCD projectors, large-screen PCs, tablet PCs, and network connections. 
• Although most classes occur in lecture halls, some XIM University Bhubaneswar students prefer learning on the lawn next to the building to get a soulful dose of nature education.

Management Development Centre

• XIM University infrastructure features a Management Development Center (MDC) with all the amenities on the old campus. 
• It features 34 air-conditioned, twin-sharing rooms with round-the-clock internet access, three suites, and a mess maintained and operated by the institution. 
• Four modern training rooms with the best tools are available at the MDC. 
• A small auditorium on the new campus can accommodate 400 people.
