XIM University placements 2023 have been concluded for the MBA program of Xavier Institute of Management. The university has successfully placed 100% of XIMB students. The 2023 placements recorded an XIM University highest package of INR 71.51 LPA, the highest in the institute's history. The highest package in 2023 was offered to students of the Consulting stream. Similarly, the XIM University median package offered in 2023 for students of the MBA- BM program was INR 19.25 LPA.

According to the XIM University placement report for 2023, around 71 companies participated in XIMB's placement drive. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Wells Fargo, Standard Chartered Bank, Schneider Electric, Maruti Suzuki Limited, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Appario Retail Private Limited, Airtel Payment Banks, Bain Capability Network, Ernst and Young, etc., are some of the XIM University top recruiters.

Along with final placements, the university also offers summer placements for MBA students. The highest stipend offered in 2022 for XIMB students was INR 3.60 Lakhs. XIM University Placement Cell

XIM University has a Career Advisory Services (CAS) Committee, popularly known as the placement cell/ committee. The committee takes care of all placement activities of the institute and is responsible for organising both summer and final placements. The main aim of the CAS Committee is to prepare students for final placements through workshops, seminars, guest lectures, etc. The XIM University placement cell consists of nominated faculty members, CAS Officers, and elected students.

XIM University Placement Process

The step-by-step placement process of organising XIM University final placements, XUBERANCE, is given below.

• Pre-placement talks are organised by interested companies, either on-campus or virtually. PPTs provide a platform for the interaction between students and companies.
• The Curriculum Vitae of students are shared with companies in the format of their choice.
• Pre-placement offers (PPOs) are offered to students who have performed well during the summer internship. Companies have to extend these offers much before the commencement of the placement week.
• Students rank the companies based on rankings, job descriptions, compensation, etc. Based on the rankings, companies are allotted time slots during the placement week to conduct the selection process.
• Students who have cleared the selection process will be offered job offers through the Career Advisory Services (CAS) Committee.

XIM University Internship

Along with final placements, the XIM University placement cell also organises summer placements for students of the MBA- BA program. During 2022 summer placements, the average stipend offered was INR 1.21 Lakhs. Similarly, the median stipend offered was INR 1.11 Lakhs.
