XIMB infrastructure offers modern amenities for a better learning experience. XIMB campus is spread over 20 acres. The entire wi-fi-enabled campus houses the faculty residences, office complex, library, and computer center complex, Bloomberg Lab, classroom complex, auditorium complex, residences for gents, ladies, and executive program participants, Management Development Centre (MDC), and Studio Apartments. In addition, the Institute has floodlit courts for basketball and volleyball, two floodlit tennis courts, an indoor badminton court, a pool table, a gymnasium, and floodlit playgrounds for cricket and soccer. New Campus

• XIMB new campus is located on 35 acres of land and surrounded by natural beauty.
• It is a digitalized campus with Wi-Fi access and with state-of-the-art facilities.
• The campus is situated at a distance of 20 km from the old (XIM) campus.
• The campus houses the MBA, M.Tech, MA-MC, MPPG students of the university.

Management Development Centre

• XIMB infrastructure features a Management Development Centre (MDC) with modern facilities. 
• It has 34 twin-sharing, air-conditioned rooms, 3 suites, and a 24*7 internet facility.
• The MDC includes four training rooms equipped with the latest teaching tools.
• A modern, air-conditioned theatre that accommodates 850 people is also available.

Library

• XIMB has a library with an extensive collection of information resources that are essential for students' academic success.
• It houses over 75,257 general books, 28,000+ e-books, 20040 journals, 334 print copy journals, and 27 databases.
• The three-story XIMB library has a constantly expanding collection of printed and electronic resources, including volumes of periodicals, books, journals, working papers, audiovisual materials, and dissertations.
• It has annual reports of corporate houses and online databases like EBSCO, ABI Inform Complete, Taylor and Francis, Elsevier (Science Direct), JSTOR, Emerald Management Xtra, Sage Database, J-gate, ISI Emerging Market database, CMIE, India Business Insight, Statista, Euromonitor International and Indiastat.
•  XIMB Bhubaneswar campus has a powerful and user-friendly "Library Information System" that gives students access to electronic journals, news items, and analyst reports.
• Students from outside the campus can access the databases through RemoteXS.
• The Bloomberg Lab is the first unique lab in the eastern part of India.

IT Facilities

• The Computer Resources and Data Centre (CRDC) at the new campus and the old campus provide all IT and computing resources to the students, faculty, and staff members.
• All the computers are connected to the campus LAN/ Wi-Fi, which is supported by fibre optic backbone.
• The campus network covers the academic blocks, administrative blocks, classrooms, libraries, hostels, and faculty residences.
• All members on the new campus network have access to the internet 24/7 through an 810 Mbps (1:1) leased line and at the old campus 600Mbps (1:1) leased line.
• In addition, the whole campus is covered by the unified wireless network.
• High-Performance Network Security Appliances are available.
• Some other advanced IT Facilities at the XIM University campus include 24 TB SAN Box, Digital / IP Telephony (VOIP), Mail Exchange Server, Video Conferencing System, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus, and Panasonic Video Conferencing System.
• In addition, there are eight computer labs at the new campus and 5 at the old one.

Classroom Complex

• XIMB campus has a classroom complex comprising executive classrooms, syndicate rooms, multi-media halls, computer labs, and air-conditioned lecture halls. 
• The classrooms have network connections, tablet PCs, desktops with huge displays, LCD projectors, and educational audio/video equipment. 

International Center

• The XIMB infrastructure has an international center that provides state-of-the-art amenities for social, recreational, cultural, and educational pursuits.
• The International Centre with a built-up area of 48483 sq.mt. houses sports complex, gymnasium, lecture halls, research centers, food courts,
  education development center, training halls, living rooms, and many more.

Residential Facilities

• XIMB hostel offers separate accommodation facilities for males and females.
• Modern Wi-Fi technology provides internet access in all the rooms.
• Students can now access 24-hour printing and copying services with laser printers and photocopying equipment. 
• It also features a Cooperative Store, a Book Club, and a Multi-Purpose Hall. There are telephones, televisions, geysers, washing machines, and indoor games like carrom and table tennis in every XIMB hostel.
• In the event of a power outage, the hostel has provision for an uninterrupted power supply.
• XIMB infrastructure has 48 single occupancy AC rooms and a mess supervised and run by the institute.
• There are 12 self-contained, air-conditioned flats in the studio apartments, 5 faculty quarters, and 72 self-contained, non-air-conditioned twin-sharing rooms.
• Apart from this, it has 24 self-contained, furnished double-sharing rooms for management training programs.
• All the residences are equipped with washing machines, water coolers, geysers, telephones, televisions, and indoor games like carrom, pool table, and table tennis.

Mess

• XIMB canteen serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals and is run by a council of students. 
• Students who work till late at night can have fast food at the X-cafe.

Medical Facility

• XIMB facility includes a doctor on campus for consultation every day except Sundays from 6 to 7 p.m.
• The doctor is available in a dispensary on the university campus from 5 to 7 p.m. every day, excluding Sundays.
• For emergencies, an ambulance is available round-the-clock. A full-time nurse is appointed to assist the residents with any health-related questions. 

Security and Surveillance

• XIMB facilities include security guards at every hostel to protect them from intruders and outsiders.

Sports and Fitness Facilities

• XIMB campus has jogging tracks and a well-equipped gym for fitness enthusiasts to achieve body-mind balance. 
• Popular campus sports are basketball, badminton, cricket, football, tennis, table tennis, and volleyball.
• The sports committee plans regular sporting activities to help people unwind physically and revive after mental exhaustion.
• The Student Executive Council (SEC) organizes cultural events, academic programs, and sports events.
