West Godavari Institute of Science and Engineering (WISE), Tadepalligudem was established in 2008 by Sri Krishna Education and Environmental Society was formally known as WISE Engineering College. The main objective of the society is faster quality technical and higher education, research and training in rural areas in various branches of science and technology and simultaneously inculcates among the youth a sense of discipline so that they can be molded into competent and talented engineers. The college is approved by the All India council for Technical Education, New Delhi and is affiliated to the JNT University, Kakinada.
