WBUHS placement cells have provided placements to around 50 students via giving them  training to their assigned fields, have placed about 30 students through direct campus recruitment and have placed 20 students via off- campus mode. Since 2009, the Training and Placement Cell has been delivering diverse training, particularly in computer-related disciplines. The majority of these classes were hands-on. The University's Department of Computer Science and Electronics is directly involved in such training
