Library

The Library of Vivekanandha College of Engineering for Women has set its vision “to satisfy the user community” the Central Library is situated in the ground floor of the ECE Block with a floor area of about 500 s.q. mts. The 3 main sections of the Library.

• The stock room with reference section.
• The reading hall with periodicals section.
• The circulation/reprography/administration section.

The unique feature of our library is the compulsory library hour, which is included in the student’s timetable (one hour per week for each class). It gives the students ample time to use the Library facility.

Transport

Vivekanandha Educational Institutions are operating a fleet of Buses, Vans, numbering more than 95 for easy mobility of the students from different parts of the districts of Namakkal, Erode, Salem and Karur etc for the dayscholar students as a routine.

Hostel

The management provides a state-of-the-art hostel to all the inmates. The facility caters to and looks after the needs of the students who are from all over the country and abroad.
Located conveniently in the proximity of the college campus, the well-furnished hostels are equipped with all modern amenities and are efficiently administrated to provide right atmosphere for student life and assures safety and security to our students.
Separate Hostels are available for paramedical, Arts & Science, Engineering, Education, Physical Education and Teacher Training Institutions. At present more than 3500 students accommodated in the hostels.
The hostels are administered by wardens and they take utmost care of the students.
Every hostels are provided with STD and ISD call services.

Hospital

Vivekanandha educational institutions additionally own VIVEKANADHA MEDICAL CARE HOSPITAL, which is a multispeciality hospital. This hospital was mainly established for the welfare of the students studing across the entire institution. It provides a special medical insurance scheme which facilitates free treatement and medicines for the well being of the students.

Canteen

An exclusive canteen is available in the campus offering tasty and hygienic food. In order to cater to all the students from different parts of India and aboard, South Indian, North Indian and Chinese dishes are offered.

ATM and Banking

Vivekanandha Educational Institutions have 7 ATM centers and Indian Overseas Bank for transactions.
The ATM is available for 24*7.
We have City Union Bank and Indian Overseas Bank ATM Machines in our Institution.

Auditorium

Vivekanandha college has a spacious and grand auditorium with a seating capacity of 3000 students. Many programmes, college culturals and festives, workshops are luxuriously conducted here.

Sports

Vivekanandha College of Engineering has endured active participication of students in sports. Students from our College have participated in various tournaments and won laurels.
There are various games such as Ball badminton, Tennis, Basket ball, Volley ball, Throw ball, etc.
These games will help students to be physically fit and have relaxation.
