Vasavi Institute of Engineering and Technology, founded by a group of educationists this college was aimed at providing the best education in the field of engineering and technology. It is located in a beautiful landscape with peace and calm covering the entire campus. The students can easily concentrate on their studies as they are in an environment which is well made for academic purposes, where they are away from the noise and air pollution. It also offers placement facilities to students to enable them to enter into the corporate world with the college providing them with full support and guidance in this respect.

The college is divided into several departments namely; Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Communication & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Basic Science and Humanities, Master of Computer Applications and many more.
