Library: The American College library began officially on June 28, 1915, when the first book was accessed. From 1914 to 1920, Mr. A.J. Saunders worked as its first librarian establishing the college library. Five thousand books were accessed during its first year. The collection was housed in the main hall of the college.

Canteen: The American College has an aesthetically designed canteen that provides refreshments and meals at affordable prices. It is of immense help for day scholars commuting long distances. Students can visit the canteen during free hours to refresh themselves and spend time together.

Gymnasium: The American College campus has a well-equipped gym to promote awareness of physical fitness among students. Both men and women students have access to it. A qualified trainer manages the centre to offer professional advice.

Sports and Games: The American College campus area includes a vast playground located in sylvan surroundings. There are courts for tennis, flood-lit basketball, volleyball, fields for football, cricket, and hockey and well-laid tracks for athletic events. Students are expected to participate in sports and games actively.
