SIHS Pune Placements 2023: Highest & Average Salary Package, Top Companies

SIHS Pune placements in 2023 have recorded some of the best placement statistics in the institute's history. The institute has managed to place 100% of MBA- HHM students in 2023. A total of 104 offers were made for MBA- HHM students during Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences placements in 2023. The SIHS Pune highest package offered in 2023 to students of the MBA- HHM program was INR 19.00 LPA. Similarly, the average package offered for students of the same program was INR 7.95 LPA.

More than 50 companies from multiple sectors have participated in Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences Pune placements. Companies like Tata AIG Insurance, Deloitte, Reliance General Insurance, Tech Mahindra, ZS Associates, Markets and Markets, Tata Consultancy Services, AD Factors PR, SBI General Insurance, etc., are some of SIHS Pune top recruiters.

Along with final placements, SIHS Pune also conducts summer placements for students. Around 103 students from the 2022-24 batch have been placed in multiple sectors. The Hospital sector alone recruited around 80.6% of students from the 2022-24 batch.

SIHS Pune Placement Highlights

SIHS Pune has a placement cell that conducted the placement drive 2023 for all programs. The median package offered for MBA- HHM students in 2023 was INR 7.95 LPA. The institute is yet to release the placement data for 2023 for M.Sc- MT and MPH programs. However, the 2022 data of those programs is given below for student's reference. The highest package offered for students of M.Sc- MT and MPH programs in 2022 were INR 5.25 LPA and INR 5.50 LPA, respectively. Similarly, the SIHS Pune average package offered was INR 2.00 LPA and INR 3.00 LPA.

SIHS Pune Placement Cell

SIHS Pune has a placement cell that takes care of all the institute's placement activities. The SIHS Pune placement cell comprises hard-working individuals who play a significant role in ensuring a successful career for every eligible student enrolled in the institute. The Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences placement cell organises workshops, seminars, guest lectures, etc., with experts from the industry to provide exposure for students. The placement cell starts preparing students for final placements right from the day of enrollment.

The SIHS Pune placement cell provides students with exposure to more comprehensive options in different sectors with the help of projects and industry internships.

SIHS Pune Internship 2023

Along with final placements, the SIHS Pune placement cell organises summer internships as well. During the summer internship drive of the MBA- HHM batch of 2022- 24, around 83 students were placed in the Hospital sector. This constituted 80.6% of the total number of students placed. The Consulting Firms sector recruited nine students (8.7%) in 2023.
