Scholarships are offered to students by the Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering and Technology on a specific basis, which is typically primarily academic merit. The post-metric scholarship scheme os SC students will be applicable to those students who fulfil the following conditions:

• They should have an SC certificate certified by the tehsildar.
• They should have a Punjab residence certificate certified by Tehsildar.
• scholarships will be applicable to the students whose parents/guardians income from all sources does not exceed 2,50,000 per annum for SC students. They are required to provide the income certificate certified by the notary.
• They should have UID Adhar Card.
• They should produce a copy of bank account no. opened on basis of an Adhaar Card.
• Candidate must have passed the qualifying exam required for admission in a particular course.

The SVIET EEE Scholarship

• All applicants who received 60% or higher on the 10+2 exam from a recognised institution (associated with the CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or others) are qualified to take the SVIET EEE exam, the IIT JEE Mains exam, or other state entrance exams.

COVID-19 Scholarship

• A Scholarship Program for COVID-19 from SVGOI.
• This scholarship programme is mostly for parents who are struggling financially and who have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

MERIT-CUM-MEANS Scholarship

• Income from the parents must be under INR 1 lac.
• Caste certification, an income document signed by a First Class Magistrate (less than Rs. 1 lac/year), a photocopy of the Aadhaar card and a link to the bank passbook are all required.

Scholarship Of SC/ ST

• As per the rules laid down by respective state governments. Caste Certificate, Income Affidavit by First Class Magistrate (less than Rs. 1 lac/annum), Photocopy of Bank Passbook linked with Aadhaar Card, photocopy of Aadhaar Card, any other document specified by the state government.
