Fees & Scholarships : The general fees structure comprises of tuition fees 45,000 rupees, mess 15,000 rupees, transport fees range from 15000-25,000 rupees as per the boarding point and for hostel students the hostel fees is 60,000 rupees per year. The sc/st scholarship and first graduate scholarship offered by the government is accepted here through which there is a reduction in Tuition fees in the range of 20,000-40,000 rupees. If students need education loan, they should get on their own at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, [SVCET] Thiruvallur.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The Admission procedure to join in my college is by two ways, either through TNEA counselling or through management quota seat. The eligibility criteria for getting admitted in our college is you should have completed your HSC/PUC from any of the recognised boards acceptable in India with an aggregate of minimum 65 ℅-70 ℅ in their board exam. There is no specific entrance exams conducted by our college for their admission procedures. The cutoffs must be of the range 160-180 depending upon the deep they opt for. The staffs in our college really give good coaching through continuous tests and assessments. The only problem persisting in our college is their placement issues. Other than that there is no problem regarding our college.

Placements & Internships : I have done an IPT at HCL learning centre and I have received any stipend.companies based on BPO. The average salary figure offered is about Rs 2.5-3.0 lakhs per annum at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, [SVCET] Thiruvallur.

Academics & Faculty : We have nine hours in which zero hour is for test and teaching is so good. Projects are also done well with the assistance of our guides at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, [SVCET] Thiruvallur.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Separate hostels for boys and girls. The fee is about 60,000 rupees per year. Lab and classrooms are good but restrooms have to be repaired and library should increase the books level. It costs about 30 rupees per meal at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, [SVCET] Thiruvallur. No wifi faculty in our college.

Clubs & Associations : NCC,RED CROSS are the clubs in our college. Only cultural festivals are conducted once in a year. The life is not too good not too bad at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, [SVCET] Thiruvallur.
