Throughout the year, the Department works towards the summer and final placements. Distinguished senior marketing, finance, HR, IT managers are invited from the industry to share their experiences and deliver their lectures. Seminars symposiums, discussions and lectures also help in making the chain strong. It also plans various career guidance counseling and training programs to groom students towards a rewarding career.

Industrial Training for the Students

Training is the integral part of the study to acknowledge them for real world problems. Students are placed at various industries for 6 to 8 weeks and under supervision and guidance of respective industry personnel. The faculty carries out monitoring and evaluation regularly.

Selection Process

Campus interviews as well as direct interviews in companies are organized by inviting various companies for the placement of the students. It fulfills dual purposes, one for students securing their future career, another for the industry securing the best talents available in the region.

Interviews Procedure

The invited companies are provided facilities for written test, Group discussion, Preliminary and Final interviews.Accommodation for executives can also be arranged on request.
