The pride of Mittapalli lies in its placements. Ever since the first batch from the college passed out, the placement division has been keen in placing the students in right jobs. Management has a special focus in training and placing students of all standards with a target for 100 %.

In the beginning of the academic year, students get registered with the training and placement cell then a general-body meeting of final-year students interested in placement activities is called for to know about the expectations.

Based on the expectations, T & P cell identifies the requirements and starts delivering the training sessions. Best infra-structural facilities to perform group discussions, mock tests and mock interviews have been erected. To keep the students well informed, the training is delivered by in-house trainers and out-sourced corporate trainers.

The trainers visit the campus at regular intervals and hold several training & counseling sessions to prepare the students for the corporate challenges. These external training sessions play a key role in inculcating in the students qualities like commitment to work, goal setting, practical outlook, time management discipline, professional integrity, problem solving skills and team building.

Special certifications trainings are a part of the division. The cell conducts such training programs by associating with the departments. 

Tie Ups 

The college is associated with Institute for Electronic Governance from the first batch of students.

The students have got chance to expose to the market world with the window of monster college.

Under the program to make the students excel in all walks of life, the college is facilitated with Globarena and K-Van solutions softwares.
