S.M.Shetty College of Science, Commerce and Management Studies (SMSCSCMS) was established in 2008 by Bunts Sangha of Mumbai. SMSCSCMS college is affiliated to the Mumbai University. In 1927, Bunts Sangha was established as a Charitable Trust and devoted itself to the cause of education, health care and social reforms of the downtrodden and underprivileged class of people in Mumbai. For almost nine decades the Bunts Sangha has been in the service of people. In the early stages, the Sangha established two-night schools mainly to cater to the needs of students working during the day time. In the last few years, more emphasis is given to education for the students in masses. SMSCSCMS Admissions are available online as well as offline mode.

SMSCSCMS M.Comm:

M.Com is a two-year Post Graduate course. The two years are spread over four semesters i.e. each year has two semesters.

SMSCSCMS M.Sc:

The two-year programme of MSc. (Information Technology is prescribed according to the credit system of the University of Mumbai from the academic year 2014-15). The course has been divided into four semesters. The program has a total of 16 theory papers (four in each semester). The batch size permitted is 20 by the University of Mumbai.

SM Shetty College of Science Commerce & Management Studies Admission: 

SMSCSCMS Admission Candidates must register with the University of Maharashtra before applying at the institute level. Candidates appearing/ appeared in the final year exam of the qualifying program are also eligible to apply. 50% of the total seats for each program are reserved for students whose mother tongue is Tulu. For UG courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45% marks from a recognized board to be eligible for admission. For M.Com and M.Sc, candidates must have a B.Com and B.Sc degree respectively with 45% marks. Admission to UG and PG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.
