Esteemed Company “Symmantec“ visited Sinhgad Academy of Engineering for the 1 st time & selected 6 students with package ranging between 7 - 9 LPA
Accenture, Cognizant & Infosys , our closely associated companies were called on equal platform, Day 1 Sharing. Total number of opportunities received from these Mass Recruiters are 556 and 412 students accepted the offers to make career in these companies and we have achieved 74% yield.
Achieved the breakthrough with one of the prestigious multinational corporate - Amdocs. After a rigourous pursuit, Amdocs has visited our campus & recruited 10 students.
Top Executives from Accenture visited Sinhgad Institute & willing to develop a special calendar covering Technical as well as personality development programs especially for Sinhgad Institute.
Cognizant conducted “CIO’s Challenge “ contest & our 4 students got opportunity to work on live project under the guidance of Cognizant professionals

We are actively involved in INFOSYS campus connect program.
Zensar is launching “ Employability Skill Development “ Program , considering separate center for Sinhgad Institute.
For the batch 2014-15 we procurred 24 projects from Persistent which will work towards enhancing employability.
Conducted Off campus drive of TCS and 12 students got opportunity. Over & above our request is honored & SCOE students could bag 3 TRDDC projects .
Atlas Copco awarded Krutika Female Engineering Scholarship worth Rs. 50,000/- to the third year Mechanical Engineering topper. Atlas Copco also donated technical books for the development of Technical Library towards the benefit of our students & staff.

The interactions between the Alumni and the present students give a chance for both the parties to develop positive synergies to enhance growth. Every year the annual Alumni Meet provides a platform for the students to renew old bonds with the Alma-mater, foster new ties and relive the nostalgic college moments.
The Alumni Association interfaces between the eminent alumni and the college creating a strong network that helps in nurturing executives who can thrive in a challenging and changing business environment.
As of now, I have not done any internships but there are so many internships available on the campus. Companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys are mass recruiters in Sinhgad. Apart from these, Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra, Mercedes Benz, Kirloskar have the recruitment drives too. The average package is INR 3.5 lakhs and you should have minimum 60% to apply for companies. Alumni network is very strong at Sinhgad.
I am just doing an internship in "GIG-INDIA". There are few Core companies also that hire students from our college like Mahindra & Mahindra, Alfa Laval, Sandwich, etc. Software companies hire students in much extents like Accenture, Tech Mahindra, IBM, etc. The average salary package is 2.5 lakhs per annum and the highest salary package was 5.5 lakhs per annum. 60 to 70% of students get placed.
In our college placements are very good. Average salary figure more than two lakh per annum.
Our college provides good placements to the students in Amazon, Delloite, and other top companies. The average salary is around INR 6 to 7 lakhs per annum.
