Hostel

The College is providing Hostel facility to the students coming from nearby area. The Hostel has a capacity of 50 girls and 20 boys to accommodate in it. There are 18 rooms for girls and 6 rooms for boys. The rooms are well equipped with cots, beddings, chairs, tables and fans etc. Special care is taken to drain the wastewater of the hostel to keep the entire area clean. To maintain the Hostel clean and hygienic two workers are appointed on daily wages. Provision for sufficient water supply is made, during the summer the supply of water is made through Water tank and warm water is supplied to the student for bath. The Mess facility for these students is made available by the college. The mess is having a specious dining room, Kitchen-room, storeroom.      

Hostel Facilities are available for both genders on the campus. Ladies’ Hostel is well furnished. Electricity supply in the region is quite erratic. The high capacity generator is kept standby to maintain the power supply uninterrupted. Water filters and water coolers have been provided in both the buildings. The intercom telephone facility is available connecting all the buildings. In order to provide the telephonic facility to the students and visitors of the college without any interference in the college office the facility of PCO/CCB is made available in the hostel.

Library

Our College library building is situated at the centre of the college premises. The total cost of library building is Rs. 35,60,000/- and it covers the area of 950 Sq. Meters. It is well ventilated and lighted.

The college has full-fledged library, well equipped with precious books, textbooks, reference books, periodicals and journals. Students can get two books at a time for eight days. About 18,500 books are available for home issue. The issuing ratio is 200 books per day. The circulation section kept open from 08 a.m. to 03 p.m. on every working day.

The library has a large well ventilated ‘Reading hall’ having capacity of two hundred seats, with separate table and chair. Students can get Question Papers Sets, periodicals, textbooks, reference books against their Identity cards and can study from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. There is a separate ‘Study Room’ for teachers.
