Spreading into an area of over 10 acres of lush greenery, the campus of the Institute is imaginatively laid-out with a picturesque landscape. It presents a spectacle of harmony in modern architecture, and natural beauty inspires everyone. The institute is actively engaged in research, consultancy and development activities and collaborates with leading industrial houses and IT companies.The institute provides excellent infrastructural facilities with equipped Laboratories, modern computer centre, spacious and furnished classrooms, seminar hall, workshop, drawing hall as per AICTE norms.

Facilities

Library

The Central Library of the college has a vast collection of over 9573 books, 8 International and 28 National journals, ready references, encyclopaedia, thesis, magazines, CD-ROMs and newspapers. These resources are upgraded every year and subscriptions are renewed for technical journals of national and international acclaim.

Hostel

SGSITS has provided separate hostel facility for boys and girls in the view of providing a secure atmosphere to girls. The hostel is located in the campus. It has got good facilities and infrastructure which makes students feel comfortable and find a homely atmosphere. Being away from the city hub nubs, the hostel provides serene and calm atmosphere.

Detailed thought and consideration has been given to provide utmost comfort to the students with more personal space provided in an ideal location. The students of all branches live together in the hostels which help in developing a healthy and cordial relationship among them. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the campus. The hostels have been provided the following facilities:

Canteen

Canteen is not just the place where you go to eat. Especially in colleges and institutes of education this place is an open arena for debate, argumentative sessions on different issues, cracking gossips, kidding and having loads of fun with cutlets, burgers, tea, coffee and coke in between as gap fillers.

A hygienic and well-maintained canteen is provided for all students and staff within the campus.

Computer Centre

The college has a state-of –the-art computer center with a campus-wide network-LAN facility. There are 120 systems with colour monitors. Licensed multi-user versions of required software have been installed along with Internet and e-mail facilities. Each student is provided with an independent system.

Workshop and Drawing Hall

Spacious workshop and drawing hall with the necessary equipment are well ventilated. Each Student made jobs in all four Workshops and learn the basic of workshop practices.

Language Lab

To expose the students to variety of self-instructional, learner-friendly modes of language learning. To enable them learn better pronunciation through stress on word accent, intonation & rhythm.

Transportation

The college provides daily transport facility for the convenience of day scholar. The college has 10 buses operating transport services from almost all important areas of the city.

We also provide bus facility to the students from Agar,Nagda and Kanand.
