Timings are usually 10 AM to 5 PM (it sometimes fluctuates according to certain conditions). Every faculty member is very responsive to assignments and projects, and they are always ready to help.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission is based on the rank in your JEE Mains examination. My branch is Electronics and Instrumentation, and I got admission on the Mains rank of 60,000, for CS you need almost under 20,000 rank in Mains (General) and for mechanical and IT branch you need under 50,000 approx. The best thing about this college is that many companies come for campus placement with a great package, so overall this college is excellent for BTech.

Placements & Internships : The average salary is approx five lakhs. Maximum you can get up to 30 lakhs. Overall hundreds of companies come to this college, so almost every student is placed at the end of the last year.

Fees & Scholarships : Very affordable fees at Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, [SGSITS] Indore- For CS, Mech., Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Instrumentation, Industrial production the fees are approx Rs. 39,000 per semester, whereas for IT and Biomedical branch the fees are approx Rs. 48,000 per semester.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : This is a government-aided institute. Therefore the infrastructure is somewhat old school, but new buildings have been constructed for freshers with modern technologies, the full campus is provided with free Wifi. There is a full-sized football ground, tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, Table tennis area, cafeteria, gardens, Big stage for annuals fests and several performances. One of the best libraries in Indore city, and Dining hall. A hostel with proper security and separate hostels for boys and girls.

Clubs & Associations : There are several clubs in this college: SRC(robotics club), Pratibimb (photography and art club), Kshitij (cultural club), Supra & Baha (automobile and sports car manufacturing club) etc. The main annual fest is - AAYAM (many performances takes place in this fest- dance, music, acting, face painting, treasure hunt, photography contest, etc.) Life in a college is once in a lifetime experience, and I can say that I have lived my college life in Sgsits to the fullest, best college.
