The admissions for the course are categorized under Government Quota, Government Seats in Self Financing Colleges and Management Quota seats. The distribution depends on the institution type and the policies of the state government. In fact for all the other universities and colleges that do not fall under the minority institution list 65% of the total number of seats are meant for the government quota and the remaining 35% for the management quota.
