Placements & Internships : The college pays great emphasis on practical training. For my Hospital Training, I interned at the top hospitals in Dehradun, Doon Government Hospital & Max Hospital. Most of my batchmates got placed right after internship due to the direct connection which we had with the industry. Highest salary package in my batch was over 20 lacs per annum. SGI also has a great alumni network which can be seen from the likes the Facebook page has. All ex-students from SIPAS are always ready to help students who are passing out from their college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission in my course was done on Merit as I had a good percentage in my graduation and work experience. However, some courses require the applicant to appear for an entrance examination.

Fees & Scholarships : My course fee was 70,000 per annum. It was a 2 year course. I was fortunate enough to get a scholarship from the college after applying for one. Education loans are easily available as the college has a tie-up with all reputed nationalised and private banks such as Punjab National Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank and others.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings are comfortable and sometimes vary due to practical training and internships. Quality of teaching is good. A lot of emphases is laid on practical exposure, training, seminars and workshops. My overall experience was great.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The best part about this college is the location of it which is on Main Rajpur Road in Dehradun. It is the most popular and safest area in the city. A large number of PGs and hostels are easily available around campus. The college also offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls along with transportation. Food is good with lots of options. The library, multi-utility hall, labs and other infrastructure is also decent.

Clubs & Associations : I enjoyed my time at the campus and participated in the sports day in the cricket, badminton and table tennis teams. Life at college is good. We have lots of malls around us and had a great time being in the heart of the city.
