1. State scholarship

This is a merit cum means scholarship. Students with more than 50% marks for the qualifying exam can apply for this. The amount in Rs. 500/-per year degree course and Rs.600/- per year for two year post-graduate course. The scholarship can be held with any other scholarship. The students have to maintain 50% of marks every year.        

2. Student aid-fund

Mahatma Gandhi University has constituted a fund by name ‘Mahatma Gandhi University Student Aid-fund’. The objective of this fund is to render financial assistance to poor students to meet their tuition fees, examination fees or to purchase books or to meet similar other expenses like study tours, etc. Limited assistance is also available for meeting their hostel mess bills, clothing or medical expenses, etc. Application for the above financial assistance should reach the college office before 14th August.
