Rayat & Bahra Group of Institutions is growing exponentially with the vision of the highly technical and professional management. The group has 26 constituent institutions in its three  different campuses at Mohali, Hoshiarpur and Ropar.

Planning: The schedule for the lecture plans, assignments and tutorials are prepared in advance in order to ensure effective teaching –learning process is effective. The academic calendar is prepared keeping in view the comprehensive coverage of the sylabii.
Periodic Monitoring: Periodic Monitoring is an essential component to ensure the overall growth of the student. Numerous effective measures are taken for monitoring the progress of the students from time to time. The effective delivery and evaluation systems prepare the students to face bigger challenges of life.
Academic Auditing: A continuous evaluation system is followed and track of each student is kept regarding his/her academic performance. Students’ progress is monitored in each semester through tests, assignments, attendance record, project work, lab performance, seminars, presentations and overall conduct. To compile internal assessment of the students his complete academic data of the semester is accounted for. There is an allocation of marks percentage as per attendance record, test performance, assignments. The entire information is displayed on the institute website including weekly attendance and weekly test, assignment,viva voce marks. This enables the parents of the student to monitor the progress of the ward without coming to the institute. All the information notices regarding students’ activities and institute regulations are   displayed on the website as well.

Feedback Form: Student’s feedback is taken time to time for continuous improvement of the system.


Faculty Development Programme: Various initiatives are taken for the overall development of the faculty members. Apart from organizing inhouse faculty refresher programmes, the  faculty members are also given the opportunity to attend various conferences & seminars.  The Institute facilitate the faculty to improve their academic qualification.
Conference /Workshops:  Faculty is encouraged to attend various national and international conferences for their professional development. College also takes initiatives in organizing various workshops and conferences.
R&D Activities: The college encourages the faculty to pursue research and development work. Some faculty members have also earned patents in their respective areas.


There are two hostels for girls within the campus. Each hostel has an activity centre, common room, reading room, dinning room with mess, canteen till late hours & other basic amenities like hot water supply in winter. Two new hostels are under construction to provide in house residential facilities to the aspiring students.

The Campus has a fleet of 5 well-maintained buses, bringing students & staff from all important cities, towns and villages within a radius of 60 Kms.
