Rajalakshmi School of Business Placement Cell

Rajalakshmi School of Business placements cell works hard to establish a conducive learning atmosphere in which inquisitiveness nurtures analytical reasoning, and creativity drives students to higher proficiency levels. In addition, students are accustomed to meeting the expectations and rigour of the future workplace through thought-provoking initiatives such as the Future Leaders Programme (FLP) and Corporate Mentorship Programme (CMP) offered by the Rajalakshmi School of Business placement cell. 

Corporate Guidance and Corporate Relations

The Corporate Relations Team is guided by constant inputs from the Management, the Board of Directors, and the Advisory Council, all of whom are stalwarts in their respective industries. The team plays a vital role in connecting the Campus to the Industry and in apprising the students of the current trends through guest lectures and seminars.

The team also brings to the notice of the Management and students the ever-evolving requirements from the various sectors and subsequently trains and prepares the students for their successful entry into the job market As part of career guidance, ample mock sessions on aptitude tests, group discussions and interviews are conducted for the students to raise their preparation and confidence levels before they can face the companies during the placement week. 

Rajalakshmi School of Business Internship

The summer internship is a requisite part of RSB’s curriculum which helps the student gain experience thereby enhancing their knowledge, and understanding of management problems, operational issues and the functioning of the corporate. On completion of the first year, the students gain hands-on experience in the application of core concepts and functional skills through a Summer Project with leading Corporate Firms.

The students work on projects as per the specifications of the company. At the end of 8-10 weeks of a closely guided project under the supervision of a company executive, the students submit a report to the company. Our students have also received Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) for their exemplary work during their internship.
