  • The candidate is required to have B.E/ B.Tech in a relevant discipline from IIT/ AICTE approved college or university recognized by UGC (OR)
  • The candidate must have cleared A & B Sections of the examination conducted by IETE Graduate Examination conducted by IETE in a relevant branch or equivalent examinations of Professional Societies recognized by MHRD/ AICTE/ UPSC and have at least five years professional/ research experience
  • The candidate must have at least 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree.
  • 5% relaxation is provided to the SC/ST/PwD candidates
  • Candidates will be provided provisional admission if they don’t have B.E/ B.Tech degree at the time of counseling provided they submit the original degree and detailed marks certificates

Admission will be provided to the eligible candidates on the basis of GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering). ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 Candidates who have passed their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2013 or 2014; or those who are appearing in their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2015 are eligible to appear in JEE (Main)-2015. Candidates who passed Class 12th/Qualifying examination in 2012 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2016 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE (Main)-2015. Candidates who appeared in Class 12th/equivalent qualifying examinations in 2012, did not pass in 2012, but passed in 2013 are also not eligible to appear in JEE (Main)- 2015. Candidates must have taken at least five subjects in Class 12th/qualifying examination in order to be eligible for writing JEE (Main)-2015. The candidates who have taken four subjects are not permitted to write JEE (Main)-2015 and if such candidates appear in JEE (Main) - 2015 by furnishing wrong information, their rank/result will not be declared.
